New coaching system

Really. 5-9 weeks. Please change this. I don't want to spend several hours a week searching and negotiating with coaches.Really. 5-9 weeks. Please change this. I don't want to spend several hours a week searching and negotiating with coaches.

I agree. When you sign a coach it should be for an entire season. Have a coaches contract end at the end of the season, so that gives us managers something to do after the season ends.I agree.
