Show your best junior (youngsters) that aren´t yet in the A-team. They can be 18 years, but they must hav turned 18 this season. I just have 6 youths from this season, so they are nothing to show up right now. But I will put everything to develop my own players now. So in 3-4 seasons I will have great own youngsters. I will have 6-7 youths every season, so I get new players to the A-team every season. But this 3 players are bought from other teams, and they are first season seniors.
