What is the best way to bring staff to your club... I have one method I use offer the the top signing on fee and top wage fee but knock a week off the contract and that usually works now I have had 4 rejections this week?? Argh ! MikeWhat is the best way to bring staff to your club...

I use the signing bonus wanted as a barometer for the salary and length. An example if a coach wants 3-7 thousand a week but wants a 8-12 thousand signing bonus then I'd say hes greedy which would lead me to believe he wants a salary on the higher end. I go with shorter length contracts on greedy coaches and longer on cheap coaches.I use the signing bonus wanted as a barometer for the salary and length.
