GP = Games Played
G = Goals
A = Assists
P = Points (Goals + Assists)
PIM = Penalties In Minutes
+/- = PlusMinus
FOW = Face Offs Won
FOL = Face Offs Lost
S = Shots
Sft = Shifts
TOI = Time On Ice (in minutes)

+/- is somehow the "success rate" of the whole line (the 5 players that are playing on ice together).

To be precise:
Plus = Total number of goals scored by your team, while this player was on ice (goals can be scored by anyone in the line, not necessarily this specific player)
Minus = Total number of goals scored by your opponent, while this player was on ice
Plus/Minus = Plus - Minus (meaning the subtraction of the two values)

In other words:
Positive Plus/Minus values mean that the whole line did score more goals than it allowed. Negative values mean that the line did allow more goals than scoring themselves.
