So, anyone else agree that he might be thinking suing Twitter was a mistake, or at least having such dippy lawyers (although Schillings are a good firm) that they made it public knowledge that "A footballer known as CTB" was seeking information from them.
He has made himself public prat number 1, no one cared who Imogen Thomas or CTB was but he had succended in rubbishing her reputation in public.

One wonders what CTB stands for Cheating Taff (something illijimate)
There is also the case of TSE (search on Twitter if you want to know who that is alledged to be)

I wondered why Giggs had been in good form this season. obviously it wasn't the yoga that was keeping him keen

Surely about the only person who'd care is his wife and she probably knew. Any possibility of public humiliation surely first needs the public to give some sort of toss.
CTB = Cardiffian Tart-Bonker?

back in the day, when i used to travel the world i was in a club in malia on crete circa 95 ish, some man utd players were there, lee sharpe was larging it up on the dance floor with some others who were maybe reserves, giggs was sat on a stool at the bar supping fruit juice and being a good boy, he looked like he didnt wanna be there, however this has absolutely nothing to do with topic, i just think it is such a shame that he is coming to the end of a great proffessional career and now he has tarnished it all , he wont be able to play so well when his missus has him for an arm and a leg hence i guess the need to try to keep everything hush.
i will probably see him again one day alone on a bar stool a man who once had everything forced to spend his time in the present company of types like me, drinking bells whiskey and radaring his eyes around the room,cursing and muttering to himself and struggling to stay on his stool..
im going to have to sign off now..
im starting to well up....

If footballers are stupid enough to take a piece of no-mark Z list celebrities and Z list wannabe's who make a career of following footballers round bars and nightclubs, up and down the country, offering themselves on a plate to any rich footballer, one after another, who they can exploit and sell a three in a bed romp story or cry rape to the press and make money then follow this up with Heat photoshoots then the footballers deserve all they get, and the likes of Giggs, Gerrard, Terry etc should get no legal protection, they didnt think about protecting their wives and children in the hotel with said gold-digger.

Another player was named on Twitter by a journo which broke an injunction and they are considering prosecuting him. If you read up on Ryan Giggs on the BBC, they will mention the three letter code given to that player, then go on Twitter, type it in and it comes up.
I will not name him, but he is fat, slow, over rated and has a first name for a surname.

You have summed that player up perfectly!
I rememer those allegations now...all the rumours were that it was his Mrs's cousin or something, nothing came of it though.

Very disappointed with what Ryan Giggs did. He has always been a fantastic ambassador of the great game. He has never been in the papers, kept himself to himself and stayed at the same club for his whole career. Now people are just going to remember what he did. If he had of just come clean about it all and not try and get an injunction against Imogen, then it would have been forgotten about in days. The fact that he tried to do that and the story was true is what people are going to remember. You have to feel for his family. I am sure that he is sorry for what he has done, but at the end of the day he has let himself and his fans down. He will always be a great player. It's just a shame that this happened at all, let alone at the end of his fantastic career.
