Player Training Evaluation

I think it would really add to the game if coaches/training camps could give you feedback on how well a player is training. Such as...

If a player is reaching his max, and/or his skill is higher than his coach's, the coach could say:
"There's not much more I can teach him"

If a player has a high potential in one stat (i.e. more than 6), the coach could say:
"I see a lot of potential in him"
or "He's a fast learner in this skill"

If a player is slow developing, but still has a high potential, they could say:
"He needs a lot of work, I need more time with him"

If a player doesn't have a high potential in one stat (i.e. less than 6), the coach could say:
"He doesn't listen in practice"
or "He needs a lot of work, I need more time with him" (this one being to make people guess if the player either has a low stat, or just develops slowly in it)

I think this feature could be really useful to a lot of people training up their youth teams. To make it easy to implement, you could add another section in Training Reports, keeping the current one for training camps, while adding one for players in the training field. Also, you could put in a player's profile of what stat they are currently training, with what coach they are training with, and their coaches comments.

Now, just to make sure people are not abusing this feature to get an 'insight' into their players skills, you could make it so a player has to be training with the same coach in the same stat for at least 30 days before they can give you an evaluation on their skill.
The coach's comments could read before the 30 days are completed:
"I need more time with him before I can make an evaluation"

You could also extend this requirement to training camps, making it an even bigger incentive to send a player for 5 weeks instead of 4, as 5 weeks will give you an evaluation, and anything less won't.

So this was just an idea, change it as you see fit! Enjoy!
