in same boat as u. NC is a cheat using his search tool to spy on teams. The sim as made me very very confused. Formation that works in leagues doesnt work in ucps n fls. Getting hammered there. Wtf i am totally blank now, what to do [:O]

okay something serious now!!! should age be a factor in discarding or selling a youth when they graduate....let me explain? a few of my youths just got a bit neglected...couldn't manage everyone :( so when they graduate they naturally have less balls in skills....no maxing of course should i keep them or just discard them???????? all suggestions will be appreciated.okay something serious now!!!

There are a lot of factors to take into account but looking at your squad, I'd keep them (assuming you are financially stable). Selling unmaxed youth is throwing away potential money makers and stars, both of which are incredibly less in a country with a micro user-base. It also seems you don't have a lot of youths so you could probably send these players to the TC for a couple of seasons, without it affecting your current youth setup unless you are ordering a lot more youths the next season.

big maybe.......i have 6 players graduating this year youth count 14 i do intend to send promising graduates to training camp for 2 yrs in that case its impossible to send everyone to TC as I said some do get neglectedbig maybe.......i have 6 players graduating this year

Keep training your youths with the help of coaches n i wld avoid sending them to TC except those u think have potential. Rest with coaches. Everybody uses different methods so u need to choose which best suits u. No method is better than the other. Each have their advantages n disadvantages. I do this too and according to me TC is a must for a youth. The TC in totality gives a youth 105 days worth of training in 35 days. That is 70 extra days worth of training, or more than half a season. Comparing a youth with all three seasons of TC with a youth with none, you have 210 extra days of training more than two seasons worth of training and that makes a big difference. I'd say coaches are important but TC are more important and I would just have the amount of youths I can send to TC than a few extra useless ones.This season I just have two graduating youths and one was in TC all three seasons and the other one was in none, you can see the difference yourself http://mzplayer.se/?id=1222185857

its looks like our very own wigan(blux3reme) is safe this season after a late surge. Just needs 1 more win to secure his place. Next 2 matches against bottom teams so he looks safe. ISl-1, Ileague-Top n bottom half n div 1.1 have been very competitive in close.Things are getting exciting. psm1989 to late. Had ur team started the way u r playing now at the start or mid way u wld have been out of it. I got relegated n came back stronger so can u. Devils 3-1 Hyderabad sultans. Even though devils team has been on rampage either my bro got simmed or poor formation is to blame. Had a look at their teams :):):) except for my bros Gk n 2-3 players his almost entire squad is way better than any team in ISL or devils.ISl-1, Ileague-Top n bottom half n div 1.1 have been very competitive in close.Things are getting exciting.

a 3-2 win over BTi has saved me from relegation but playoffs still left... really wanna avoid either of Nailsea or Forest Hill in the play-offs .... There is an excellent player and potentially amazing player.Unfortunately, their asking price is way too much.
