My run in ISL is now over; sent three major players to TC today right before the round 1 decider with barmy :(
Connections depends on the locality. It is possible that a connection provider might be good in Mumbai but very poor in Kolkatta. But i was happy with Airtel too but they gave me a big headache and now im fed up with them. I was staying in Ejpura before and then moved to a new location in Koramangala about 6 months ago. I enquired customer service to move my connection but apparently it was not possible so i had to apply for a new one and asked them to cancel my old connection. I also paid out all my outstanding balance. Now months later they are still sending me bills for my old connection!
They are asking me for around 8,000 Rs/- which had been accumulating all this time (monthly rental was around 1,200 Rs/-). No way in hell im paying that amount for an idle connection that was supposed to have been closed months ago. I have called them countless times and they are unable to solve the problem and there is a HUGE communication gap between their various departments -support, cancellation department, emails, technical etc. One department says something and the other something completely different. What a mess. :(

guys i need a little help with my finances...could you tell me whats a good no. of players for someone who does not play any FLs/cups?
may i know about your (squad salaries, no. of players) and (coach salaries, no. of coaches), i think my squad salaries are pretty much messed up :( (8.4 millions)
@chelseax are you sure that training is an indicator for retirement age? because i have two players of same age..one has been deteriorating for last 2 seasons every time i put him on the field (wierd enough that he deteriorated in keeping even if i used to train him in crossballs) and the other guy he never deteriorated..like ever, trained in crossballs, passing with >60% eff. still he's gonna retire this season.

Looking at your team, I think your finances aren't so bad. You are spending around 14 million a week and making around 16 million I guess. With a young team like yours and a couple of players sold you'll have even money and talent to challenge for the I-league in a couple of seasons.

thanks pmojab!! i already knew your squad salaries though; i calculated 'em when you bought the three players :P. staff salaries were a great help; i have 11 coaches with 2.4 mill salries :)
pmoiab wrote:Looking at your team, I think your finances aren't so bad. You are spending around 14 million a week and making around 16 million I guess.
that's the real problem right there...i do not earn 16 millions because my stadium is not "perfect" it lacks a few pubs and restaurants (8 & 6 respectively). so my weekly income is only 14.5 millions and my expenditure is 13.5 millions. thinking of that selling a bunch of players seems the only way :(
http://mzplus.com.ar/p?id=IqNAol find him in the trasfer market; training reports shared :) i'll post here as soon as i put more players in the market.

Just a sign, starting. They can or may not but will soon. Move them around different skills to see in which skill they stop training. training them in skill where they have lower balls then coach usually works.

No body is sure if foot matters but i try to keep players in their preferred foot position.

These ranking are flawed but not useless. lowering no. of users one of the reasons.
Gd luck to all.My team is almost the same except 1 in def. Have a strong Attack n mid this season n hopefully will not put much pressure on def.
Mostly will be my last season with a strong squad. Looking forward to include youngsters mid or next season.
