Would it be possible to allow NT coaches to keep training players of inactive teams because we have a situation that could end up being disastrous for the national team. One team in our league has gone inactive which never happens since he's been playing the game for as long as I have so this is very unusual. He is a brilliant manager with a very solid training regime and this means that over the years he has provided a lot of talent to the national team.
Now we have a situation where he has four of his players in the NT with possibility of drafting more in coming seasons. Losing these players as a result of a lack of training will set us back years and as you all know MZ country is not a big country with a lot of managers.
So this is an appeal of sorts and I hope the right people see this and make things happen. All we want is to be able to give training orders to current national team players and potential ones in the future when his squad's form drops to 1 ball or less which clearly indicates he is not playing the game or release these players to the transfer market so they can be trained by other teams. Is this remotely possible?
Should this work out I see this move benefiting all other countries as well, big and small.
