Well, the easiest way is to setup youtube to add autosubtitles and then it will automatically translate those subtitles to the language of your choice.... probably not the greatest translation but should be good enough.

That's because it's a livestream, it's just a matter of downloading the video and reuploading as a normal youtube video and then setting this "new" video with automatic subtitles. I think there's a limit on how long a video can be to get automatic subtitles but the workaround that limit would be to just upload the part with Mike's interview. If you guys don't know how to do this, I can do it later today.
