Top form important?

Most players have 9 in form if coached correctly. But then there is the bar which shows the partial ball or puck, like a player can have 7,75 in an attribute for example. Do you think the last partial form is important? Big difference if a player has 9,25 or 9,75?Most players have 9 in form if coached correctly. I suppose if the partials count for the simulator, then 9,75 in form is better than 9 or 9,25 for example...I suppose if the partials count for the simulator, then 9,75 in form is better than 9 or 9,25 for example...
