Change language
As quoted in the Foundation information page
“Note! As expressed by the majority of members of the Federation, spamming in the Federation message board, including advertising players will result in a communications ban of 2 - 30 days!”
Why is this never enforced? Please at least delete comments of people who spam on the page or don’t make rules you can’t commit to enforcing.

Those are great questions but...Look at League of Federations..so it works exactly as intended!
