I DON'T ALLOW ANY PLAYER ADVERTISEMENT IN THIS GUESTBOOK. PLEASE RESPECT THAT.
This is what I have written on the very first line of my guestbook-WFO. I made the font both bold and red, because black and regular wasn't deterring spammers.
Despite this, almost on a daily basis I receive spam from users (Argentinians in particular). I see the same spam in basically all the league message boards, it be Norwegian top league or any WL/NE etc. For that reason, I have unsubscribed to all of these boards. I'd imagine most users do the same. Hence, what could be another platform of communication, has been killed by the spammers.
I am not playing MZ to be spammed to death. I find such behavior highly annoying. When I want to buy a player for my team, I go the the section of the game called Transfer Market. On some rare cases I browse the Transfer Market section on the forums. Under no circumstances do I check my guestbook when I want to buy a player.
Why is nothing being done by game admins? Spammers are violating the community rules, right? Or is it one of those inactive rules, a bit like match-fixing?

I agree that spam is highly annoying and I bet is pretty much pointless as I can't imagine anyone is going to be WOWed by a player advert and is going to run to the market to check it out.
If you get spam, you need to open a ticket and file a complain, there's no such thing as a GB patrol so if you don't complain, the admins won't know you got spammed.
Messages on league boards are even more annoying since normal conversation is killed due to spam but same thing, unless a league message board where an admin happens to be playing gets spammed, there is no way to know unless someone opens a ticket.

If you suggest that me and evosa should check daily all GB's of all users who speak english, than i'd say : - You drunk, go home :D
On a serious note, not everybody knows english, even if it's in red capital letters.
Make a suggestion on the right section and we will pass it forward.
Thank you.

Ok, I'll open tickets from now on.
It is not hard to locate spammers. Just go to a random league message board, and you will find plenty. I'd like to see message boards of atleast the top divisions being cleaned of this garbage on a regular basis, with warnings (and preferably stronger punishment) being handed out. Spammers are a real plague, and it should be dealt with.
They have the misconception that the more they spam, the more money they will get for their players. If they risk a club money fine, then my guess is that they will stop this stupid behavior instantaneously.

The Community Rules are translated into Spanish aswell.

hanzinho, if we go by the book, you just broke 1.3. in Community Rules with this thread.
Should i give you 24 hours ban from the forum ?
See, if it's to stick to the rules, we'll have no fun.
In 9 years i never bought an offered player in GB, and yet, i don't complain about a little thing like this.
2 clicks and it's gone.
It's annoying ?
I bet there's nobody who likes having players advertised in his GB.
Use support for the matter, and those users will get what they deserve.

Hence why this need to be addressed.
As to your threats and attempts to ridicule and belittle.
I'd strongly suggest you change your approach when communicating as a Forum Assistant. It doesn't exactly encourage users (new ones in particular) to partake, when they see how a game admin is behaving by calling people drunkards and threatening with 24 hour forum suspension when they disagree.
I am not interested in partaking on this forum any more. The English speaking forum used to be quite good back in the day. Nowadays, it is among the least active forums. I wonder why...

I like having players advertised on my GB. There are some quality players that fall outside of my transfer filters.
It takes two seconds to delete a message. League boards however, need to be clean of spam.

Maybe if there was a structure on how managers advertise their players in the transfer section of the forums, people might actually use it. E.g Age, Sp/St/MAIN SKILL/BC etc.
It's always: TOP U24 STRIKER UNMAXED, but then you go to it and it's a 164cm 100kg British player

Anyways, wont do it again, sorry about that.

I don’t mind GB spam but I can’t deal with league board spam and Federation spam.

Karma is a little annoying dog isn't it Hanzinho? Lol. Didn't know you even read your GB since I sent you about 5 messages or more discussing the game but got a rude no reply. Can't even spare a minute to say you're not interested in discussing the game? Good luck with your spammers :-D

GB spammers are annoying but manageable. Hanz is right they should be prohibited from posting but then again, how could you do this? Some warnings or even bans or fines won't deter but part of the managers and there will always be others taking their place.
League forums spamming is crazy and darn annoying. Posting should be limited to league members only and there you have your solution.
Fed forums spamming could be managed by someone from the fed (I personally, without ever having been asked to, clean up BotP forum from players advertised there).
On another note, I got a forum 1 day ban after posting one player somewhere on some leagues message boards so the tickets are taken seriously by some countries support. Never cared who's support but I believe it couldn't have been Argentinian nor Brazilian.
PS: Aurel, if you are an English forum FA, then you should seriously reconsider the manner in which you write and interact. I know you are trying to make every message funny but usually you fail at doing so. And British humour is from another planet altogether...

I got a communications ban or something like that for I think a week for posting ONE player to ONE PERSON'S guestbook. I saw he made a high bid on an almost identical player that I had, but he got outbid so I figured it'd be a good opportunity to let him know about my player.

It probably wasn't me, but I regularly gave out week bans to people spamming me, the league/fed message boards or on behalf of anyone who raised a ticket for it.
The most obvious way to deal with league messageboard spamming is to restrict posting to only those in the league. Sure it will detriment a few people, but overall would be vastly beneficial.
With regards to Federations, the Fed Admins need to set up a role which doesn't allow message board posting, and then move offenders into that.

Now we know who banned you. It's the Brexit effect.
