You get credit for instant matches, it's self explanatory. Instant matches = scout matches = 2 Power TokensYou get credit for instant matches, it's self explanatory.

It means U can do one of these things. Play a tactic test u A team V u B team. Play a Match V an opponent u are soon to meet in a real game - SCOUT MATCH. Play Against a national team of some sort - U21 or senior. Its a free credit to any of these,It means U can do one of these things.
