How many youths?

As a hockey newbie, can anyone advise me as to the best number of youths to take on in the coming season. Also, while the firt batch are at TC, what skill(s) should I train the others in - power?As a hockey newbie, can anyone advise me as to the best number of youths to take on in the coming season. Hi, normally we ask for the maximum number which is 32.. This way, you can send for instance 11 to TC and still keep a U18 team with 21 boys.. While they're not at TC, power is the most important attribute yeah but don't forget that you can only train 9 players with coach at the same time so we put on endurance as well, not to mention shoot and checking for wingers and defenders respectively.Hi, normally we ask for the maximum number which is 32..
