Wrong League?

Hi. I just joined up and applied to join the Scottish league as I'm Scottish and live in Scotland. However, I've been put in England. Can this be changed? Cheers.Hi. I just joined up and applied to join the Scottish league as I'm Scottish and live in Scotland.

Hi, same issue here [;(], Ive just join with my new football team and also have been put in England by mistake. I repeated the new login 3 times because I thought the mistake was from my side, sorry but users neilam, neilam2 and neilam3 all created under Scottish soil and all put under England flag, please help out , thanks

The assistants are not "inside" the crew team. We are regular managers who help community with different tasks. If you do report this to support, the game assistants can check what caused this issue. You ask for a new team in Scotland and you will get it. Managerzone is a game of patience, don't rush too much [:)] Have a good one.

Same issue here :( My IP is from Scotland (Edinburgh) and still my team has not been put in the correct country. Hi Mike, with all your respect you would do exactly the same if for a game bug new English user get put under Scottish flag or not?. We may be all Brits but inside managerzone we go under different flags, maybe it time once and for ever to all be under UK flag. Hi Evosa, for sure England will have more active teams if all new users from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are put under English flag :P. Please esclate this issue to the Crews for what I read above this problem is over 2 month old and still not solve, cheers

My original team has been suspended, still nobody has tell me why. Sent 4 support forms and still no answer, this is the worst game ever. From experience they are not too quick on the responses so maybe a little patience pal. This issue of scottish teams being put into the english system is a bag of crap, its hard enough playing in a country with the number of users you can count on one hand without half of new sign ups getting punted elsewhere. Needs looking into.

Seems that I have missed your post. Anyway it is an IP thing. It is no bug. It is very little Crew can to the IPs. If users want, they have to write to support and request a team in Scotland and crew will assign them a team from Scotland manually unfortunately. Regards, Evosa

This is not true, when you write to support you get your team ban and suspended from the game. This is a biggest issue and nobody is explaining why??

Ofcourse you are going to get banned if you create 3 users named scotland scotland2 and scotland3. Best advice, write to support with initial user, explain your situation(do not log in with other users). Be patient and at somepoint you will get a team assigned to Scotland if you want. Good example is drscott who has scotish flag in front of his name but drscott2 has english flag!(look posts above)

Four different IP location tools tell me two things, that you're using a well known VPN provider that lets you select the Country you want an IP from and that the IP is assigned to England, so it's not a Managerzone problem, the problem is the VPN provider. Additionally and with the sole exception of the OP, all people with this issue are using the same exact VPN service so my recommendation would be, disconnect the VPN software and create the account without hiding your real IP, if you don't know how to do this, you don't know what a VPN is, you can't do this because you're on a corporate network or any other reason for which you can't disconnect the VPN software, then the next best solution would be to walk to your local pub and while you're having a pint, create your new account using their wifi and if the pub is in Scotland, the account will be automatically assigned to Scotland.Four different IP location tools tell me two things, that you're using a well known VPN provider that lets you select the Country you want an IP from and that the IP is assigned to England, so it's not a Managerzone problem, the problem is the VPN provider.

This is exactly a good example, this guy is complaining because his first team drscott once his team was changed from England to Scotland he was suspended without any replay from support and thats why his obliged to open a second team drscott2 to be able to login and write in the forum because his first team has been block. You should take same time and read correctly before you answer in a mistaken way.

Hi, thanks for your replay you are the first user to address the issue instead of avoiding the question. Im not a tech guy and I really dont know if here at work our computers are working behind a VPN or Avast systems, it seems I dont have attributes to make this changes you suggest in my computer. I will try to contact IT people to check this and see if it can be fixed from my side. BTW I still have further questions regarding your replay above. 1) if this is not a managerzone problem and the countries are set automatically by IP , why when create my team I get the drop-down list with UK countries ? why isnt set automatically to England then? 2) here is a print screen of my IP information, maybe this can help you solve the issue from your side, but its clear with VPN or not managerzone system is not detecting my ip from Scotland and badly setting it to England.
