If you are not a club member, how can you tell when a player has hit his max on a particular skill?If you are not a club member, how can you tell when a player has hit his max on a particular skill?

You have to check each skills by putting him in every training field. You'll lose one day of training if he is maxed so don't forget to report his max in excel table or in paper.You have to check each skills by putting him in every training field.
