Trump using soviet propaganda techniques?

I subscribed to the Trump's twitter because I confess it's fun to read the ramblings of a mad lunatic and I was just reading his latest twitt storm which goes like this: [img]http://i.imgur.com/rHDtjev.png[/img] And then I remembered something I read a while ago about the soviet propaganda techniques and found what I was looking for! It's called Whataboutism... Whataboutism is a propaganda technique first used by the Soviet Union, in its dealings with the Western world.When Cold War criticisms were levelled at the Soviet Union, the response would be "What about..." followed by the naming of an event in the Western world. Whataboutism is just another name/or form of a diversionary tactic that has been used since the beginning of time by military campaigns, criminals and politicians.
