Assistant instead of CM

This idea came to my mind after Ive sent one of my players to TC, paid 56k for 5 weeks but he returned after 2 days He return because he was maxed already and I didn`t know that. Anyhow my mistake could`ve been avoided if I had an assistant warning me of this. All the notifications from the landing page introduced recently and more could be absorbed into a new feature. It should feel like someone is actually assisting you while you`re logged in and this assistant is pointing out issues or tasks related to the section you`re currently browsing if that makes sense Anyway I thought this may be a substitute for what is now called Club Membership All the best folksThis idea came to my mind after Ive sent one of my players to TC, paid 56k for 5 weeks but he returned after 2 days

aint sure if your idea will be acceptable to the Crew, coz if you have an assistant for such situations, people will not find the necessity to pay and become CMs. why pay when you have somebody assisting you in such 'crucial' tasks ? i hope you got my point. now, if you dont mind, a bit of advice for you - i dont know if you already know of this or not, but in case you do not, here's how u can check your players' maxings - put them on the field in a particular skill, and wait for the next day's training report. if your player trains (indicated by the 'green portion' in his training 'circle'..the more the green portion, the faster/higher his rate of training), then he's unmaxed. if the whole 'circle' (doughnut shaped [:P]) remains white, it means he's maxed in that particular skill. also, for such players, the report (on the training report page) will be shown at the bottom of the page under the title 'No Change'. so, thats one way u can check all of your players' maxings. in case you do not know most of your players' maxings, i'd suggest you put them all in on a given skill's training field and note down each one's maxing in that skill. a player has 10 'trainable skills' (barring set plays). so, this 'exercise' will take you 10 days max. also, if you want, you can 'skip' skills like PI, Heading, Passing/AP (based on your team's passing style) at the start and check the maxings only for important skills like speed stamina BC etc etc. this will be time consuming no doubt, but u see, the difference between a normal manager and a CM is that a CM pays to avoid this 'waste of time'. ofc there are many other aspects too where a CM has certain privileges, but this is one of the most important ones. in fact, you could make a Word doc with all the skills (maxed,unmaxed and the 'uncertain' ones) of your players noted in it, and make changes to/edit it every time your player(s) gain(s) a skill ball. this is what i'm currently doing in Hockey (where i'm not a CM [:P]) and it works pretty fine in my opinion [;)] just one note - first look at the 'Partial Skill Bar' beside each of your players' skills. if it's green (doesnt matter how much part is green), then you can take it for granted that the player's unmaxed in that skill. if it is completely white, it either means he's maxed or unmaxed (but has just gained a skill ball). there are times at which a player maxes mid-skill too, but you could ignore that for now. if you already knew of this...ummm then i dont know what to really say [:S] if you didnt, then i hope this helped you. @ theloyalone Hi mate thanks for replying Yeah I knew all this, Im playing the game on and off since 2003. The game itself is a bit boring really so to keep it exciting I dont want to check if a player is maxed, i want it to be a surprise :) Anyway when I mentioned substitute I meant a paid feature just like the CM is now@ theloyalone

oh ok. i kinda had a feeling that u were already way too experienced [:P] but if you want surprises like that (maxing), then you even gotta be ready for surprises like the one the TC gave u [:P][:D][;)]

oh ok. i kinda had a feeling that u were already way too experienced :P but if you want surprises like that (maxing), then you even gotta be ready for surprises like the one the TC gave u :P:D;)
