I don't have this problem in the Irish top league, but we have like 15 managers.. It's not easy either, especially to get good Irish players.. The domestic market is dead.. I have weekly expenses of around 700 k Euro Cup prize money i got 707 500 Euro last season and got also the Bonus, once I choosed the loyal players also for Training camps spended 1 228 570 Euro Income without Transfers I had around 11 mio like you, but my expenses seems to be way to high propably i should reduce my amount of Players, had always over 100 Players during the last seasonsI have weekly expenses of around 700 k Euro

The market is a bit crazy since some seasons ago. A top notch player can be sold for 3M (euro) or over. You can find cheaper, but it's rare, please let me know if you find a top notch for a price cheaper than 2M [;)]The market is a bit crazy since some seasons ago. It's easier to build a good team now, hockey's become more interesting, more competitive. But the youth academy is still very important. We can produce 5 decent players in 10 seasons like Brian said but when I played in Ireland, I managed to produce only 1 super player every 3-4 seasons.It's easier to build a good team now, hockey's become more interesting, more competitive.
