how much does a coffee and a brunch cost in these places

It totally depends on how much you're willing to spend for all those places. Since, you're traveling from country to country, it will be wise also to define what is your need and desire when it comes to that place. From that, you can plan on how to spend your money wisely. How do you know ? :) Prices are not much different from country to country. 1-2 euros for a coffee and 2-3 euros for some snacks. I may say a 10 euros/day budget will do. Use tripadvisor's reviews before departure.
