Bought player - Training Camp (bug or feature)

I have a hockey player id 25466177. I bought him this season. The image with TC is not lighted and it say that "The player has not attended a Training Camp this season".
But, in training page, I can't select this player.
It is a bug or a "feature" ?

I put him on shortlist and I discovered that he is on transfer market (actually, was, but id didn't fully returned yet - 24h delay); that's why i can't send him on TC.
