Longest days without gaining a skill?

Currently I have a player in hockey (I won't restrict this to either sport) that is 24 days overdue for his 8th quickness puck. He has been training on the same skill for over 3 months now (since the 28th Jan) and has been stuck on 7 pucks. He has only gained one puck since the 19th November (5 months ago) I don't recall anyone ever taking this long even at his age of 31. I have players training for 140+ days - 28 weeks or 6.5 months!I have players training for 140+ days - 28 weeks or 6.5 months!
