New Season Goals

With the new season approaching, what are your goals? For me it's reducing my wage bill and squad size, both of which are too big! I also went undefeated in my U23 league this season so am looking forward to the new challenge in a higher division.With the new season approaching, what are your goals?

Ditto, was close this season, I had to win the Play-Offs xD It's not exactly a threat, I know I can get promoted back up next season with no effort but I'd rather have Div1's Sponsor Pay out for another season! xD My goal is to start off my Youth Academy this season, aiming to build some potential younglings for the national team's U21 squad. I'll only be getting 7 this season, I'll be bringing an entire package in next season though as those will get more training days before the U21 tournament.

Like Chowders, I need to reduce my wages. I did not make money last season, I did not even break even I think. Lucky I had so much cash saved up in reserve. As far as team performance I hope to make it to more semi-finals of official cups. I only made one semi-final last season and got 3rd place. I need more 3rd/4th or Cup Final appearances to justify my big stadium.Like Chowders, I need to reduce my wages. I did not make money last season, I did not even break even I think. I finally spent a bit of expendable cash yesterday. I dedicated 1,750,000 GBP as transferable funds, spent 900k. I kind of made an example of the spare cash I had against one particular user that kept getting in a bidding war with me in the 7am transfers. I guess one of my new goals while developing my youths is to reach the Premier League. Big statement after one successful game against a recently promoted squad but I've never been interested in getting promotion before, let's see how well I can do when I actually push for it.I finally spent a bit of expendable cash yesterday. I am sorry if you were trying to bid on some of these. I kind of made an example of the spare cash I had against one particular user that kept getting in a bidding war with me in the 7am transfers.
