Been a while since I last played, need to get a youth team up and running to help get some new players in the squad, how many is it advisable to start with these days on MZ and is the training still the same? As when I got my youths I used to stick them straight into training camps, then max out all there balls? Also how many coaches do you have on your books and in which way do you utilize them to there full potential.

Advice welcome as I haven't properly played in 3-4 years. Sorry for all the questions, if I'm to get back in the game, imma need some help haha

Thanks all Mike

Personally I would start with 10 then next season have 20 then season 3 have 29. From there you will have 10 graduates per season. 4/5 out of 10 should make the grade. From there you will start seeing maby 1 world class player per 10.

Training is much and such the same as it ever was. Passing and PI are useless skills.

Big difference is your players train faster now and should peak at the age of 24 to 26.

If Edinburgh were to kick back off again, Flooodish, Glasgow Poland, Montrose and
even Rosehearty.... That would give Scotland a Fighting chance of a 1/2 decent future.

Giving us ....

Black Islanders
Direwolfs
Edinburgh
Glasgow Poland
Glasgow Icebears
Floodish
Rosehearty
Montrose
Hallelujah
