I would say the only way to find out is stick him on for the price it cost to advertise the player that way you won't lose anything on him. If he is unmaxed and trains at a decent pace, I would bid on him. I am always in desperate need of young, unmaxed, Canadian players to fill out my U-XX teams. Update: Placed on the Transfer List and I bought him for over 100k Canadian dollars.
