Strange. He's passed through medicals and only public mention was of a knee issue (I remembered something held him up at Birmingham and just looked it up). Plus I thought rules for monitoring players health were a lot more stringent these days? Quite possible that they're not so stringent in Mexico and Qatar though.Strange. Maybe, but did Benitez know about his problems? Because it would be foolish to know you have problems and doing nothing about it?!
