In season 40, how do I know which one of my newly acquired youngsters is best suited to become a goalie/ a field player?

You should be able to get clues from the training a player undertake and from the Club Physio which we'll introduce at a later state.

What I like is the ability to sack 4 players at a time. Excellent idea. now to get a auto doubles button :)

Everyone seems to be focusing on the details of the training!
But what will the consequences of Training 2.0 be for MZ?
If players reach their maximum levels earlier than today
- and the new detoriation is set at a drop of 3 pucks until retirement - then there will be double the number of elite-players in a close future.
And the number of actual competetive clubs are at the same time shrinking.
So less hockey clubs, more elite players, and no risk for retirement if you can afford the new younger eliteplayers.
This is setting up a totally new MZ where the finances of every club is the only factor for success or not.
If you can afford it:
buy the best young elite-players,
get payed for your investment in revenue,
and sell your players when +30 for a good surplus.
Then buy even better young players and continue in the same fashion.
Today MZ-hockey has found a very delicate balance where clubs can invest in elite players and with the right tactic get good revenue, but also risk losing the players to retirement.
By voiding the latter risk, MZ is taking a monumental leap into a mis-balanced game where tactics is downgraded in regard to finance.
The transfer will be the only way to success.
And that is not the MZ I love.
