Good evening, I'm running to lead the United States in this new season.
While United States do not have a lot of active users and teams, I'm sure I can make an important difference of preparing the team, both in training and in the tactical pose.
I hope I get a chance to help our country
Thanks, toldan

Hi matt!
The problem with us is that we don’t have many users in hockey.
And very few active teams who train their young players well, except some of the national.
I was watching the players that are sold in the market and they really suck. They have no power. and little resistance. Its very hard to build a good team with only our market.
So To help the national team I have to make a change in the thinking of many users in relation to the training of youth players. So to build a better national team U21 and therefore, after several seasons better senior team.
It is not something that wil be fast, is something that will take time, and a lot of hard work.
But if I want that EEUU could reach the finals of the Confederation Cup or at least reach the Cuarters Finals or the Semi of the World Cup….this changes has to be done.

I understand what you're saying. Scotland did this 7/8 seasons ago. We would have to bring back this program again as we have only 6 or so active managers.

Its very hard for countries who have few active users. Even if we start a fuse program with those users, we are gonna see the results in a long lenght period.
But we have to try, cause if we dont, there will be no hope for the national team, seniors and u21.
It will be great if scotland do that!!.

What do you say to those that see your lack of experience as a concern? Having only managed for 6 months and competing in D2 for the first time this season...
The welcome cups are nice and I see you added a season cup this weekend, but the lack of league experience could be a problem for some.

Thats a good question!
I understand that for some only six months is a short time in this game. But in this time I obtained very good achievements. Such as the welcome cups, the divisional cup, season cup. Even, in a few days im going to play the divisional cup final . Which I was struggling with higher division teams
I won all my leagues undefeated.
But the most important is not that. Bu,t that I understand what is lacking in the U.S. As I mentioned above, we have to change the way we train the u21. But not only my players,ALL OF THEM, so to build a more competitive national team in the future.
I want to lead the national team, but not for my benefit .
I want to lead it, cause its time for us to make a change.
VOTE TOLDAN NC

You talk about the importance of a strong u21 team to build a strong national team. I agree with that, but what will you do to promote/build a stronger u21 team?

Hi oiler
Well the only way to do that is working together with all the active users from the top divisions
I will have to take an active rol in the promotion on how will all the youhts players have to be train.
It will be difficult, and it will take some time.

I understand what you've been saying @toldan. Ireland has the same problem, or even worse. We have around 20 active teams which half of them have a manager who manages their teams properly. As a NC I send some advice to new managers, telling the best thing to do, what to read before doing something... the first steps basically. I'm also making the The Zone Ireland just myself and I think it's helping. Our U21 team is now good and improving each day. I hope I can continue now as NC and keep working for the development of the Irish League in general. I hope you can do the same!!

Thanks agapitod!!!. unfortunaly i didnt pass to the second round of the NC elections.
Well, it was my first election, so i will give a try next time again. Its a pity, cause i think im doing a great job with my team. Im having great results in most of the competitions (league, Divisional and Season, i won the 3).
Its great that you can dedicate so much time to do The Zone and teach the new ones. With time you will make an excelent National and U21 team!!

Yes, it is indeed a pity but now you have to support the new NC. Keep doing your job and try to talk to new managers, old managers... if they know you and your team, if you be "visible", next elections you'll have a better chance.
