Not sure if this has been suggested before but how about if after several seasons of players playing in the same position learn certain perks,like centers can become 'snipers,goalkeepers learn 'cat like reflexes' defenders become 'hard hitters". They could be related to player skills, ie a keeper with 9 in keeping and 9 in quickness could have a perk.
