What are thoughts on PowerSoccer?

For the ones that know this game(the younger brother of MZ), what do you think about PowerSoccer?For the ones that know this game(the younger brother of MZ), what do you think about PowerSoccer?

I was playing it very active 3 years ago. I kind of left because i don't have so much free time now and Power Soccer is a game where you should be very active ( play almost every day ) to remain competitive and in good shape. I was in top 100 by the time when i played, it's very good game, but major problem is the lag factor when you play against far opponents for example Europe vs Latin America, you always had to deal with big ping time and the game can be very confusing and looses the quality.I was playing it very active 3 years ago. Ι agree on that ;) The major minus of the game is also the luck of funds for further development, as it is not as profitable as MZ (the main customers of PS are kids who cant pay a lot, in contrast with MZ). Due to this thing, the current version of PS is still the same after 3 years, with no major patches to fix the most annoying bugs. If the game had eliminated these bugs, i would have played more there. To be honest, I miss the old days, with the older version that had no boosting items and only skills mattered! During that time, I was no3 in world and CMA... I am still there, but only as LA now!

Yeah you are real PS legend ! I miss those days too, it's very good that I had great games and fun even when I was loosing :) i am not ashamed. so the game is great like you said it just needs more development, but I personally think PS is technically more progressed than Manager Zone, it's the users that are different you are right.

Yeah you are real PS legend ! I have mostly negative feelings towards the game. Good community, but a game engine that suffered badly from lag and only got worse over time. Throw in an overzealous admin called kingextreme and I was done. Was a good time for me to bail out, as after I left the game became a pathetic cash grab.I have mostly negative feelings towards the game. Lol thanks for the kind words, but nowadays no one knows me there :P Only oldies like you remember... You were a nice and really fair player back then! But Oceania is another thing, you cant have a proper match there, only vs other Aussies you can have fun. You are more distant than If you get matched up with other continents, the gaming experience is really painful!!!

Wow i remember this goal hahahaha :))) The kind of goal that makes you laugh. This is one of the features that i liked so much on PS, save video highlights :) Thanks for this Nikos !

Hello guys. Nice to see something interesting being discussed here for a change ;) Just to clear out a few things. It's true that we haven't released 3D patches recently, but we've been releasing site improvements throughout. Last year we got the Ticket system out, along with Hot Streak mode, lots of improvements to tournaments, etc. And we have new contests and stuff going on all the time, and an awesome community which organizes lots of events. Currently we have big plans to roll out a league for the clans, which I'm very excited about. 3D patches are still very much in the cards. We know what we want to do, but we'll be a bit choosy about the timing. We've been focusing on MZ lately because it's our flagship with a global recognition. But PS is still our baby and we'll make sure it turns out well. PS is where the cool kids hang out guys! If you haven't already, please try it out. At least change the forum name from "Open Discussion" (as its anything but) to "Selective Discussion". My 2 pence. Tried PowerSoccer after seeing a link at the foot of the page, horrible game. Well MZ could do with a lot of updates... if you want a list, let me know... or maybe read the forum more than once in a blue moon. Site improvements are great... if you want to attract 13yr olds who won't pay a dime. Which is ironic because all the (useful) site updates cost money.

Site improvements are great... if you want to attract 13yr olds who won't pay a dime. Which is ironic because all the (useful) site updates cost money.

My thoughts are that the game for awhile now hasn't had any real development direction, like what is "the next big thing". In 2008 (I think, can't be bothered looking it up for confirmation) it was "headers", 2009/10 it was "mouse play"...now ? I would find things such as, when the current version was initially released "we want to slow the pace of the game down" (In my opinion a very important and required change). Then a few months later "Buy this coach, he makes your players super speedy !"...Completely defeating the point of slowing the pace down. On the whole it is like the game itself is secondary to all the community features. Like, I'm not even sure if there is anyone handling "game design" (if you like) over there.
