If you're looking for something special, you might want to hit TapEast inside the Westfield mall, it's not really a pub, it's a microbrewery with a bar and they brew their own beer, really nice... always drop by for a pint when I'm in the area.

thank you for your answers guys.

Now, because money are allways a topic :))...how much for a pint ? because here in Romania, we pay a medium price of 1,5 euros for a beer in bars or pubs, so, what are the prices there ?

cheers !

Re: Dear London

1.5 euro is cheap. In London it varies but around the £5 mark?

Re: Dear London

You're looking at a minimum of £3, more like £3.50 to £4. Welcome to England.

London, very beautiful city, I could live here

is there anyone from Bromley south ?? very nice place here.

I actually lived in London and South East last summer as a Gamesmaker for the Olympic Games and was an amazing place to be, but amazingly good as a city on its own accord.

As for beers, it depends on your taste. Most beers are around £4 in London(I'm from northern England where pints are around £2.20) but I recall flavored beers (strawberry, raspberry and cherry) where very popular whilst I was living there and Rekorderlig (A swedish clean fruity cider) is very nice too.

Without sounding cheap (again I'm northern so used to lower prices) try Wetherspoons if your budget is a bit low but they have real ales and a variety of international beers.

As for Bromley South, I played laser tag there once.

£5 a pint in London. If you're planning to do a lot of drinking, go to a supermarket and buy a bunch of bottles/tins.

I m back to Romania, back to work :)

To be onest I mised my country, my places....but I very much enjoyed the experience in London. It is a fabulous city, very big, very beautiful, and it has very educated people, and when talking about adeucation I mean not the education of knoledge, I mean the way that they act facing other people, I very much liked this.

wow to the museums, British museum amazed me.
I have very much to say about the City, about everything I saw, but I will sotp here because time is money :))

The beer?? I had a lot, in pubs, and from supermarket :)...fosters, very good, young, again very good, and I had a black beer, for the frist time, and I very much like it. I tasted about 10-11 new beers, i don t remember their names, but were good :D

Cheers mates, hope to see London soon.

Excuse my spelling but I m foster, faster, because i have to work.
