message board updates

in this moment a lot of users don't use the message board anymore because there are a lot of spam messages posted there, the message board post should be restricted, only the users from that division or the same division level from the same country should be allow to post. Most of the spams are from other country with posts about players on transfer list.in this moment a lot of users don't use the message board anymore because there are a lot of spam messages posted there, the message board post should be restricted, only the users from that division or the same division level from the same country should be allow to post. would be good if a user from each division had the capability of deleting unwanted messages, and keeping it all tidy. How this user would be selected im not sure, maybe simply on a basis of either activity or length of time in the game, but ti wouldnt take much and its not exactly a lot of responsibility.would be good if a user from each division had the capability of deleting unwanted messages, and keeping it all tidy. Could give the FA's the ability to monitor the message boards. Not that we could monitor all the boards on a consistent basis but the users of the message board could inform a FA when there is a problem on the board that needs to be policed.Could give the FA's the ability to monitor the message boards.
