This is an ability you can not train. All new players on a team start at 0 since how long they play placed together so they get more in cohesion and when buying a new player goes down a little cohesion. But to get a good posture same faster you should be able to do team dinners and other events. For a team with good coherence performs better against a better team but with worse saman posture. Then I think it will be possible to train the entire team. eg How do I train the team in the Powerplay and then in a tactic so the team gets the same tactics. Because according to me you should training a greater significance. And the the cohesion of the team.This is an ability you can not train.
