well, I have been playing a couple of cricket management sims fors about 6 weeks now and by far and away fromthepavillion.org is by far the best. An Aussie but worldwide game, not a huge user base, only about 3000 users but you can have a second team (at a cost of $10AUS about £5 paypal) but they do monitor transfers between same managers like MZ, the stats pages are phenomenal, the accessabilty fantastic, the depth fanstastic, pitch types, weather effects, different types of batsmen, bowlers, special individual skills etc, MZ could take note of the instant transfer market, really helpful forum, if you have an interest in cricket I would really recommend fromthepavillion.org.
