The U21 Singapore fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. U21 Tunisia's Kaies Zaalani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Azly Seng in the 17th minute of play. Kaies Zaalani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudy Chandran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute C.J. 吕布 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaies Zaalani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. U21 Tunisia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when C.J. 吕布 scored to the left of an out of position Kaies Zaalani, making the score, 0-5. Rudy Chandran hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Kaies Zaalani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from C.J. 吕布, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 78th minute, Faouzi Bnouni made a precise shot to the right of Bineesh Liang. U21 Singapore's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Kaies Zaalani came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Singapore's Rudy Chandran. But to his dismay, Rudy Chandran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Kaies Zaalani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from C.J. 吕布 in the 84th minute of play. Kaies Zaalani was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and C.J. 吕布 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. C.J. 吕布 really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudy Chandran during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of U21 Tunisia booed when U21 Singapore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Chandran didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.J. 吕布 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Kaies Zaalani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute C.J. 吕布 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaies Zaalani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded U21 Singapore left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than U21 Tunisia.
