Spectators: 1028 (Terracing: 772, Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marquez Padolles kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marquez Padolles in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bineesh Liang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute of the match U21 Ecuador got a corner. U21 Singapore's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evelio Manzanedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on U21 Ecuador's corner Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bineesh Liang quite easily take care of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, U21 Ecuador's Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bineesh Liang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th minute of the match U21 Ecuador got a corner. U21 Singapore's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evelio Manzanedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Morales Toralino made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Azly Seng sent off a good shot on target. U21 Singapore's Bineesh Liang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca in the 29th minute of play. Bineesh Liang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca in the 36th minute of play forced U21 Singapore's goalkeeper Bineesh Liang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, U21 Singapore's goal looked a bit too open when Fiallos Mellado came free, but Bineesh Liang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. U21 Ecuador's Morales Toralino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Cheng in the 46th minute of play. After the first half U21 Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bineesh Liang made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca sent off a good shot on target. Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bineesh Liang having to interfere. Bineesh Liang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danny-Rafael De La Rosa-Choca, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Bineesh Liang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Brozović in the 58th minute. Evelio Manzanedo charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evelio Manzanedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes U21 Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Manzanedo. A collision led to U21 Ecuador getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Evelio Manzanedo hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Tin Delgado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bineesh Liang. U21 Singapore's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tin Delgado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Tin Delgado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 78th playminute. Morales Toralino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Azly Seng went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Bineesh Liang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tin Delgado in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 played minutes U21 Singapore got a freekick which was hit by Amir Hui. Urrutia Chavarria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Bineesh Liang made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, Fiallos Mellado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bineesh Liang. U21 Singapore's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fiallos Mellado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4.
