Spectators: 1028 (Terracing: 772, Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Norman Allado took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, U21 Philippines's goal looked a bit too open when Kendrick Schumacher came free, but Irvin Macandog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, U21 Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Frascuelo Balimbin came free, but Luke Askew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 4 minutes, Frascuelo Balimbin made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. U21 Canada's Luke Askew tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luke Askew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frascuelo Balimbin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kendrick Schumacher in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Irvin Macandog prevented the ball from getting in the gole. U21 Canada's Noble Dodge got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Kendrick Schumacher sped through U21 Philippines's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Irvin Macandog. Irvin Macandog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shelton Wilhelm in the 16th minute of play. Irvin Macandog didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shelton Wilhelm went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Irvin Macandog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shelton Wilhelm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, U21 Philippines's goal looked a bit too open when Avery Novak came free, but Irvin Macandog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Shelton Wilhelm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irvin Macandog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Avery Novak managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 Canada's supporters rose to their feet, but Avery Novak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irvin Macandog breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Avery Novak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shelton Wilhelm in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irvin Macandog saved U21 Philippines from getting behind. 40 minutes into the game, Shelton Wilhelm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Irvin Macandog was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rdth minute of the game Kendrick Schumacher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Philippines's Irvin Macandog was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Irvin Macandog came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Canada's Shelton Wilhelm. But to his dismay, Shelton Wilhelm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kendrick Schumacher made a kick off. Irvin Macandog made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Kendrick Schumacher sent off a good shot on target. Irvin Macandog was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Avery Novak showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 53 minute of play. U21 Canada's Austin Muller was substituted for Byron Geiger. U21 Canada's Derrick Osborne was substituted for Kendrick Schumacher. U21 Philippines's Irvin Macandog proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save U21 Philippines from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute, Noble Dodge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jody Montoya's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Irvin Macandog skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 75 minutes, Jody Montoya made it 1-6 with a short kick to the right side. U21 Philippines's Irvin Macandog tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th match minute, U21 Canada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shelton Wilhelm to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Moses Vinoray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Askew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute U21 Philippines were awarded a corner. Gregoria Calip went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led U21 Philippines's Frascuelo Balimbin to fire away a dangerous shot which Luke Askew despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. U21 Canada's Jody Montoya came free and shot a quick shot against goal 85 minutes in the game, fortunately Irvin Macandog had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Jody Montoya let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 89th minute shot 1-7 at rihgt post. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind U21 Philippines's goalkeeper Irvin Macandog, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched U21 Canada eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
