Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Budi Chaniago made the kick off which started today's match. After 4 played minutes U21 Malaysia got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Sugendo. Pepe Pépin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Fadhly Muchtaji made a huge save. In the 12th play minute Pepe Pépin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fadhly Muchtaji. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Budi Chaniago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Hidalgo was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Fery Martin struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Ruben Hidalgo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Malaysia. 26 minutes into the game, Budi Chaniago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U21 Malaysia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U21 Peru the free kick. The supporters of U21 Peru booed when U21 Malaysia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Budi Chaniago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rexy Eiboy kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Budi Chaniago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Peru's Ruben Hidalgo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruben Hidalgo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Budi Chaniago's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute of the match Gines Hubieta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fadhly Muchtaji skillfully saved the ball. Fadhly Muchtaji showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tulasi Enteş, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Fery Martin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fadhly Muchtaji made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danel Legorburu in the 38th minute of play. U21 Malaysia's Fadhly Muchtaji proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save U21 Malaysia from getting a goal against them. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bertin Coteron made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Sipiongot Hidayat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U21 Malaysia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. U21 Malaysia's Fadhly Muchtaji played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertin Coteron in the 64th minute of play. Fadhly Muchtaji took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danel Legorburu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to U21 Malaysia getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Fery Martin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertin Coteron in the 70th minute of play forced U21 Malaysia's goalkeeper Fadhly Muchtaji to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as U21 Malaysia's Budi Chaniago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruben Hidalgo. That made the score 2-2 after 75 minutes of play. In the 78th minute Tulasi Enteş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fadhly Muchtaji saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Jakob Sugendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, U21 Malaysia's goal looked a bit too open when Tulasi Enteş came free, but Fadhly Muchtaji reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fadhly Muchtaji showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danel Legorburu in the 92nd minute of the match. A collision led to U21 Peru getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Marcones Periquet hit a great ball. U21 Malaysia's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 97th minute of the game, when Tiar Cahyono Putro after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of U21 Peru's goal. Tiar Cahyono Putro was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. U21 Peru were victorious despite being under pressure from U21 Malaysia for much of the match.
