Spectators: 10300 (Terracing: 7725, Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Gilbert Ralutin made the kick off and thus started the match. Gilbert Ralutin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rex Jackson having to make a save. In the 5th minute, Elyboy Lagbas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rex Jackson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Rex Jackson came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Philippines's Gilbert Ralutin. But to his dismay, Gilbert Ralutin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Rex Jackson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Ralutin in the 12th minute of play. Rex Jackson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Dorlas in the 14th minute of the match. Berting Nakpawan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Makan Bottomley in the 16th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Gilbert Ralutin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rex Jackson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rex Jackson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jemir Siazon in the 23rd minute of play. 3-0 became the score in the 26th minute when Jasper Dorlas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, U21 Trinidad & Tobago's Rex Jackson got control of the ball when Gilbert Ralutin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilbert Ralutin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rex Jackson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rex Jackson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrik Caballero in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Elyboy Lagbas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rex Jackson, 4-0. After 38 played minutes U21 Philippines got a freekick which was hit by Jemir Siazon. Adolph Gacungan's late challenge caught a U21 Trinidad & Tobago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolph Gacungan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, U21 Philippines's Gilbert Ralutin got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Elyboy Lagbas came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the U21 Philippines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elyboy Lagbas couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Makan Bottomley made the kick off in the second half. Makan Bottomley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Berting Nakpawan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of U21 Philippines booed when U21 Trinidad & Tobago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dansam Armitage didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rex Jackson came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Philippines's Jemir Siazon. But to his dismay, Jemir Siazon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Rex Jackson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jeronimo Tagarro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rex Jackson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 minutes, Gilbert Ralutin made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. U21 Trinidad & Tobago's Rex Jackson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Ralutin in the 66th minute of play forced U21 Trinidad & Tobago's goalkeeper Rex Jackson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Tagarro notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of U21 Trinidad & Tobago's Rex Jackson. Rex Jackson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilbert Ralutin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Makan Bottomley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Berting Nakpawan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Henrik Caballero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Rex Jackson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute, Dansam Armitage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilbert Ralutin in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rex Jackson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rex Jackson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jasper Dorlas in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Adolph Gacungan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rex Jackson was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. After a defensive mix-up in U21 Trinidad & Tobago's zone, Gilbert Ralutin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rex Jackson came out of the goal and Gilbert Ralutin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute Jasper Dorlas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rex Jackson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the U21 Philippines players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
