*I based my active or inactive opinion on friendlies played, if there is no friendlies or any other matches than just a league ones in the results/fixtures matches then I guess the manager is not active, he can be active "oficially" like logging in but if he is doing nothing to the team then for me he is not, I don't have any other way to check it. I will only comment active teams.

Active Teams: Land Cracker FC, Ballybunion Celtic F.C, Monaghan, Cashellackan, Tattyboy Utd.
Land Cracker FC and Ballybunion Celtic F.C are fighting for the title. So far the leader is better as the didn't lose any points yet. Ballybunion Celtic are trying hard and I'm sure the top 3 is the least they can get!
Monaghan are 6th so far they won last 2 games, the next round the play Land Crackers which will be a big test for them. Tattyboy Utd are just behind Monaghan but they are 6 points behind already which is a quite a lot as we only played 7 rounds. Cashellackan are 9th, they can do much better, because of many ghost teams here they should be at least in the top 6-7.

Active Teams: Wedkarze, CoralSnake, Galatasaray FC, Menotti FC, Cragg,
Wedkarze and CoralSnake are leading the table and already have 6 points advantage over the 3rd team which is a lot after 7 rounds ! Those 2 teams are simply the best here. Galatasaray are trying their best but can't complain anyways, 3rd position is not bad. They won last 3 games.
Menotti FC are 7th not too bad but I'm sure they should be in a higher position. They won last 2 games but 3 round ago they were defeated big time 0-8 against Wedkarze ! Cragg are 10th which is terrible so far, The manager is not too active, in the next TZ if nothing will change I won't comment him, as we all know my rule is I only pay attention to active teams no ghost teams.

Active Teams: Badia DevilZ, AC Ballincollig, Kilcaddan, Rossgeir, FC Piemonte, Ui Fergusa MZFC, Dhún na nGall™, Deportivo Piqueteros, Dunglow Utd.
Badia DevilZ are 1st, great season so far. All 7/7 games won. Already 5 points advantage over the 2nd place. Ui Fergusa not doing bad so far,improved a lot since last TZ. 5 wons, 1 draw and 1 defeat, top 3 is probably their goal for the season, it may be hard to finish 1st. FC Piemonte are 3rd. They won 2 last rounds with huge scores 8-0 against Deportivo and 15-0 against Dunglow.
AC Ballincollig are 4th, 2 points behind Piemonte, they can still finish in the top 3 but more work is required. Dhun na nGall are 5th, same amount of points as the 4th team. We have to say this leage is interesting many active teams who are fighting for top positions ! Kilcaddan lost 3 games won 4 which put them on the 6th position.
Rossgeir are 8th, more loses than victories, they lost last 3 games, the went down since last TZ. Deportivo Piqueteros are 9th similar form like in the last TZ, they trying hard but only have 2 victories, and they conceded many goals. Dunglow are 11th, the man is semi active, and unfortunately doing not much..
