The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thierry Reijnders was the one to do the kick off. Michel Van Dongel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karmo Pahapill in the 55th minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Kalju Martsepp got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-1. 57 minutes into the match. Michel Van Dongel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karmo Pahapill's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Belgium defense, Karmo Pahapill kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michel Van Dongel. The Belgium fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michel Van Dongel should have stopped the shot. Michel Van Dongel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karmo Pahapill, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Belgium's Isaac Dhondt in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estonia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Kalju Videvik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Michel Van Dongel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Estonia's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Dhondt came free, but Bruno Koop reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalju Videvik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel Van Dongel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Kaspar Lööper managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Frederick den Ronden got a free kick in the 99th minute.

Estonia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
