In the 3rd minute Viktor Wallengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Fujarczuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Chazen struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Hans-Dieter Bachenfeldt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Poland. The throw-in from Kjell-Arne Hägglund in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U21 Poland's Wlodzimierz Sadlowski. U21 Poland's Tolek Fujarczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasmus Tunander in the 13th minute of play. Tolek Fujarczuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Wallengren in the 14th minute of play. Tolek Fujarczuk didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when U21 Sweden's Bengt Rolfsson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Tunander in the 17th minute of play forced U21 Poland's goalkeeper Tolek Fujarczuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolek Fujarczuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Hallgren in the 20th minute of play. Tolek Fujarczuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Tunander, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute.
