Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) Jacek Pyrzyce started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Trey Carlick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Pyrzyce, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Luxembourg's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Chuchro came free, but Trey Carlick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Cunningham kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Jacek Pyrzyce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trey Carlick was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recep Vatansever in the 17th minute of play forced Poland's goalkeeper Tobiasz Czermak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Poland's Tobiasz Czermak got control of the ball when Mattias Pilgrim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacek Pyrzyce might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Trey Carlick. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacek Pyrzyce ran back to his position shaking his head. Trey Carlick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacek Pyrzyce in the 20th minute of the match. Jacek Pyrzyce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobiasz Czermak stood somewhat misplaced when Recep Vatansever came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 25 minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacek Pyrzyce in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trey Carlick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Jacek Pyrzyce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trey Carlick was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Trey Carlick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Pyrzyce, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Trey Carlick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacek Pyrzyce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Luxembourg's goalkeeper Trey Carlick, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Trey Carlick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Pyrzyce, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute of the match Poland got a corner. Luxembourg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Klement Wielgopolski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tobiasz Czermak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Vatansever in the 39th minute of play. Trey Carlick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacek Pyrzyce in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Luxembourg getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Dan Cunningham hit a great ball. Trey Carlick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacek Pyrzyce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobiasz Czermak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recep Vatansever in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Jacek Pyrzyce made a precise shot to the right of Trey Carlick. Luxembourg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.
55 minutes into the game, Jacek Pyrzyce recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Trey Carlick. Jacek Pyrzyce showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Thanks to some nice moves Jacek Pyrzyce could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Trey Carlick however easily saved by the left post. Wiktor Chuchro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trey Carlick having to interfere. Jacek Pyrzyce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Trey Carlick made a huge save. In the 66th minute Jacek Pyrzyce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trey Carlick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerry Walmsley in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobiasz Czermak saved Poland from getting behind. Luxembourg's Trey Carlick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Luxembourg from getting a goal against them. Poland were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Luxembourg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Klement Wielgopolski took the corner. Jacek Pyrzyce was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A hard shot 74 in the game by Jacek Pyrzyce from a close distance when the talented Trey Carlick managed to make a qualified save. Luxembourg's players were relieved. Jacek Pyrzyce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Trey Carlick made a huge save. Poland's Ignacy Napierkowski was substituted for Witalis Czerner. When Grzegorz Gleba came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Poland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grzegorz Gleba couldn't finish the play. Trey Carlick was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Grzegorz Gleba capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Grzegorz Gleba really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. In the 88th minute, Grzegorz Gleba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trey Carlick was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Tobiasz Czermak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Vatansever in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Poland's Grzegorz Gleba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trey Carlick narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Cunningham during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Luxembourg got a freekick which was hit by Dan Cunningham. Grzegorz Gleba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Trey Carlick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Gleba, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the final whistle sounded Poland left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Luxembourg.
