Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Aarto Nybacka started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taavetti Kangasmäki in the 5th minute of play forced Israel's goalkeeper Miki Calvary to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lidan Elie was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 11thth minute of the game Aarto Nybacka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Israel's Miki Calvary was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute of the game Marko Salmela made a throw-in which Aarto Nybacka played forward. After 13 played minutes Israel got a freekick which was hit by Nethaniah Dizengoff. Ukko Mattila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Miki Calvary tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atzmaut Ringler got free with Heikki Kokkonen in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ukko Mattila in the 21st minute of play forced Israel's goalkeeper Miki Calvary to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Finland's Ukko Mattila, in the 21st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Finland. Israel's Atzmaut Ringler got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25thth minute of the game Ukko Mattila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Israel's Miki Calvary was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Israel getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Shabtay Miman hit a great ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Taavetti Kangasmäki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Israel's Miki Calvary was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Finland's zone, Atzmaut Ringler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heikki Kokkonen came out of the goal and Atzmaut Ringler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miki Calvary showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aarto Nybacka, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Miki Calvary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taavetti Kangasmäki in the 38th minute of the match. Taavetti Kangasmäki struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Miki Calvary didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Finland. After 42 played minutes Israel got a freekick which was hit by Atzmaut Ringler. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shabtay Miman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aatami Pihlanen hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shabtay Miman in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heikki Kokkonen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 60 minutes Finland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Shabtay Miman who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Israel's corner Shabtay Miman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Heikki Kokkonen quite easily take care of the ball. If Lidan Elie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Finland's Marko Hyökyvaara was substituted for Aarto Nybacka. Finland made a substitution. Riku Rajamäki replaced Atte Mustonen. Miki Calvary made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Ukko Mattila sent off a good shot on target. Marko Hyökyvaara hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Israel made a substitution. Gidi Sinclair replaced Atzmaut Ringler. Israel's Ebron Rosenkrantz was substituted for Lidan Elie. Israel's attentive Deron Segal managed to snatch the ball when Aatami Pihlanen made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, Einan Elshtein had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Heikki Kokkonen. Finland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Einan Elshtein was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 85th minute Gidi Sinclair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heikki Kokkonen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 minutes of play, Israel's Gidi Sinclair made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Heikki Kokkonen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Finland's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
