After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Serafo Medel got a free kick in the 40th minute. Dale Waller's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Demario Gavarnet firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mickey Bailey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bakar Perejon in the 47th minute of the match. Venezuela's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
