After the first half Clube Audax Metropolitano were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 51 played minutes Clube Audax Metropolitano got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Esteves. Paulo Quadros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wágner Monteiro went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. When the match was over Clube Audax Metropolitano could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ✪ XV de Umarizal throughout the match.
