After 9 minutes of play, Pueblo FC's Vern Wright made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edvaldo Tande was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Socanelas FC defense, Vern Wright kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvaldo Tande. The Socanelas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvaldo Tande should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 21 in the game by Vern Wright from a close distance when the talented Edvaldo Tande managed to make a qualified save. Socanelas FC's players were relieved. Edvaldo Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerry Franco in the 22nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Socanelas FC defense, Gerry Franco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvaldo Tande. The Socanelas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvaldo Tande should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Shelton Clifton reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edvaldo Tande. The goal made the score 4-0. After a rather tough play, Socanelas FC's Sílvio Luís Penha got a free kick in the 29th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Gerry Franco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvaldo Tande. Socanelas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerry Franco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 39 minutes in the game, Vern Wright dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After a rather tough play, Socanelas FC's Sílvio Luís Penha got a free kick in the 41st minute. Edvaldo Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerry Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Eriberto Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th match minute, Socanelas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Tavares to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vern Wright made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Gerry Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Vern Wright ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvaldo Tande was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 59th match minute, Pueblo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vern Wright to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Shelton Clifton notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande. Edvaldo Tande was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Pueblo FC's Gerry Franco in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 70thth minute of the game Shelton Clifton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerry Franco in the 74th minute of play forced Socanelas FC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vern Wright in the 77th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Shelton Clifton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pueblo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Shelton Clifton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvaldo Tande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edvaldo Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerry Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Socanelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vern Wright came free, but Edvaldo Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Pueblo FC's Gerry Franco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvaldo Tande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Edvaldo Tande didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shelton Clifton went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pueblo FC fully deserved thier win.
