Xamo Pozo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Evelio Inguanzo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xamo Pozo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. When Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Evelio Inguanzo in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Evelio Inguanzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xamo Pozo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evelio Inguanzo ran back to his position shaking his head. Xamo Pozo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Inguanzo in the 23rd minute. Evelio Inguanzo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Xamo Pozo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Evelio Inguanzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evelio Inguanzo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xamo Pozo came out and tried to block the shot, but Evelio Inguanzo slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 33rd minute. Oliverio Jubera made in the 36th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Americo Burgueño. In the 37th minute, Evelio Inguanzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xamo Pozo was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Evelio Inguanzo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xamo Pozo. That made the score 7-0 in the 39 minute of play. Evelio Inguanzo took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xamo Pozo. Xamo Pozo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Americo Burgueño to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, UD Liga Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Inguanzo came free, but Xamo Pozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xamo Pozo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evelio Inguanzo went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Arnalt Camba took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xamo Pozo. Xamo Pozo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. After 70 minutes of play, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Arnalt Camba made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xamo Pozo was left in no man's land by his defense there! UD Liga Nacional's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. In the 79th minute, Arnalt Camba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Popolizio FBC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. 81 minutes into the game, Arnalt Camba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 16-0. Xamo Pozo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnalt Camba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Xamo Pozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torbjørn Trondsen took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xamo Pozo. Xamo Pozo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 17-0. Arnalt Camba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, UD Liga Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Arnalt Camba came free, but Xamo Pozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the UD Liga Nacional defense, Arnalt Camba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xamo Pozo. The UD Liga Nacional fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xamo Pozo should have stopped the shot. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
