After 6 played minutes U21 Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Boni Alba. In the 11th minute, Erivaldo Pernambucano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wellington Phoenix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Alberino Pujana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei Yao Sha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erivaldo Pernambucano in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberino Pujana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22ndth minute of the game Egídio de Almeida who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Venezuela's Alberino Pujana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. U21 Venezuela's Alberino Pujana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erivaldo Pernambucano in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erivaldo Pernambucano in the 28th minute of play forced U21 Venezuela's goalkeeper Alberino Pujana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberino Pujana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wei Yao Sha in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Wellington Phoenix getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gabriel Moscardó hit a great ball. Alberino Pujana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. U21 Venezuela's Alberino Pujana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Ortiz in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xandro Zubillaga in the 88th minute of play forced Wellington Phoenix's goalkeeper Leonel Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Wellington Phoenix booed when U21 Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boni Alba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberino Pujana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boni Alba kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes in the game, Anderson Ortiz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alberino Pujana having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Wellington Phoenix left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than U21 Venezuela.
